Romans 10:14-15

Romans 10:14–15 (ESV): "14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? 15 And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!"

God started a movement nearly two thousand years ago by sending His Son Jesus Christ to this earth and He has deployed His followers to continue the movement by spreading the Good News. He could have done it in a million different ways but He has chosen to use His followers to keep the New Covenant movement alive.

Making disciples is the responsibility of every believer in Christ Jesus. We are not saved to remain silent about Jesus. Paul makes it clear God has given us the responsibility to go into all the world and proclaim the Gospel. How else will they hear? How can they believe in someone they have not heard about? Someone needs to preach and that someone is you!

Do you feel any responsibility towards the lost? Did Jesus not commission every believer to continue the New Covenant movement? Are you being faithful to the call? Be the beautiful feet to those who are outside of Christ by preaching the Gospel to them. God has called, commissioned, and sent you to do so, so do it! Amen?

Father, forgive us for not walking in the calling you've given us to preach the Gospel. Fill us with faith and an awareness of the lost around us that we might share the Good News with them. Give us the courage and anointing of Your Spirit to do so we pray in Jesus' name, amen.
