Matthew 24:37–39 (ESV): "38 For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, 39 and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man."

The Rapture of the church is not a man-made doctrine but one Jesus proclaimed in the Olivet Discourse. It will catch the world totally off guard but God's people must be ready at all times because He will snatch His church away at an hour no one expects.

Jesus tells His disciples that in the days leading up to the Rapture the world will be business as usual. They will be eating and drinking and given into marriage then suddenly people will disappear. Two men will be in a field, one will be taken the other left. Two women will be at the grinding mill and one will be taken and the other left. Jesus is telling everyone to be ready for no one knows the day or the hour of the Rapture!

We must be in a constant state of readiness as His body of believers. We will know the season of the timing of the snatching away but not the day or hour. As we observe the fig tree we can see when summer is coming so too as we observe the state of things in the nation of Israel we can know the season we are in. Time is short Christian, Israel is regathered and the world is coming against her. Be vigilant and ready for the season is upon us. Jesus is coming, stay ready, amen?

Father, we thank You for giving us the understanding of end-times events. Thank You for making it clear the Rapture and the Second Coming are two separate events. May that information fuel us to be ready at all times and share with everyone we can the Good News we pray in Jesus name, amen!
