Luke 6:21

Luke 6:21 (ESV): "Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh."

The world is a hard place to live. It is full of all kinds of hurt and pain. Thankfully this is not our home. There is coming a day when every tear will be wiped away. There will be no more pain, no more sorrow. On that day weeping will turn to laughter and mourning to dancing. He will never let us down!

Jesus proclaimed to those that are weeping in this life that they will one day laugh. He is speaking about heaven. Jesus has taken the sting from death for believers so nothing can hold us back from residing in paradise with Him forever. He makes all things new. Who isn't gonna laugh and rejoice in those days? Heaven will be filled with the laughter of people who know deep pain and sorrow but shall never experience it again!

Are you presently experiencing circumstances that make you want to weep? Nothing wrong with weeping but know this, you are one day closer to never weeping again if you are a believer in Jesus. Hold on and cling to Jesus for the day is coming when you'll be in His presence forever. Then you will laugh like you never have before. Press into the Lord and hang on. He is our help in hard times but never forget, this too shall pass. Amen?

Father, we thank You for giving us the hope of heaven through the giving of Your Son. May we endure the difficulties of this life knowing that paradise is coming. We will soon have every tear wiped away and there will be no more pain or sorrow. May we never lose hope for everything in this life is temporary we pray in Jesus name, amen.
