Colossians 2:15

Colossians 2:15 (ESV): "15 He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him."

We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the world of our testimony! Jesus has conquered sin and death on our behalf. Not only this but He has also humiliated every principality and power that stands in opposition to Him. Can you say forever grateful?

The work of Jesus Christ on the cross is the most triumphal work ever accomplished on planet earth. It is greater than putting a man on the moon or visiting the bottom of the deepest ocean. Through the cross and resurrection, Jesus can bring the dead to life and reconcile them to a holy God. He can wash the stains of sin away from every heart. He can remove the chains of guilt and shame and disarm the demonic realm all through one act of selfless love! Jesus has made the enemy a public spectacle by offering Himself as the perfect sacrifice. He has undone the curse of Adam and set the captives free. This is hands down the greatest accomplishment ever achieved.

What power does the enemy have over you today? He has no power, Christian. Jesus has disarmed the enemy and defanged the roaring lion. Triumph has been given to us in the name above all names. Call upon His name and proclaim the triumph of our King. He has set you free so stop walking in defeat. Walk in the triumph of Jesus today Christian. No one can stop Him for the victor has been crowned and freedom has been won. Set the enemy in his place of defeat today in the name of Jesus. Amen?

Father, we thank You for Your Son. May we walk in His triumph over all things and never cower to the defeated demons we pray in Jesus' name, amen.
