Acts 9:19-22

Acts 9:19–22 (ESV): "For some days he was with the disciples at Damascus. 20 And immediately he proclaimed Jesus in the synagogues, saying, "He is the Son of God." 21 And all who heard him were amazed and said, "Is not this the man who made havoc in Jerusalem of those who called upon this name? And has he not come here for this purpose, to bring them bound before the chief priests?" 22 But Saul increased all the more in strength, and confounded the Jews who lived in Damascus by proving that Jesus was the Christ."

Transformations are undeniable.  When Christ touches a heart the change that occurs is testimony enough of the power of His precious blood.

Saul was an enemy and persecutor of the church.  He was determined to wipe out those who proclaimed the name of Jesus, until he came face to face with Jesus.  His whole life changed after that and it was evident to all.  Most Christians were afraid to come near him because of his ways prior to His conversion.  It goes to show you how far the arm of the Lord can reach to save!  Saul who became Paul at conversion is a living testimony of the powerful work of Jesus upon the cross.  He can save anyone!

Your greatest witnessing tool is not what you know but who you become.  Your life tells the Gospel story more powerfully than anything You could say.  Share your story Christian but more importantly, live you life worthy of the calling you have received.

Father we thank You for Your underserved and unearned favor.  Your grace changes everything for us.  May we live in it and be a dispenser of it in this world of lost sinners.  If You can change me, You can change anyone.  Let my life declare that truth in Jesus name, amen!
