Exodus 14:13-14

Exodus 14:13–14 (ESV): 13 And Moses said to the people, "Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. 14 The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent."

We have plenty of enemies in the world but if God is for us then who can be against us? Don't forget who's fighting for you and how sure the victory will be. You can't lose in the Lord.

After gaining his composer Pharaoh rallied his chariots and soldiers and pursued the Israelites. When the children of Israel saw this their hearts grew dim for they assumed the worst not factoring in that the God of the universe was on their side. They began to cry out to the Lord questioning Moses why he would lead them to their death in the wilderness. They were ready to turn back and serve the Egyptians for it was better than dying they thought. Moses then reminded them that the Lord would fight for them. They had nothing to worry about for the same God who brought them out of Egypt would save them in this situation. The Lord would fight for them and they would see His salvation once again.

Never forget who fights for you. You might be in a battle that seems hopeless. There might not be a way of escape but understand that if God allowed you to be in that position then He will fight for you. Don't let what you see trump what you don't see. Walk by faith for He is with you. Don't cry and complain, trust the Lord. You will see His salvation.

Father we thank You for Your presence in the midst of our enemies. You tower above all foes. You are mighty and strong and all powerful and You are fighting for us. May we never let fear strip us of faith. Give us a resolve that looks to You in every battle knowing that You never lose a fight. We surrender our fears to You now in Jesus name we pray, amen!
